Apple Oat Bake

This gives me four servings of breakfast each serving is zero points or you can eat the entire recipe for four weight watchers points

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup fat free warm milk
  • 2 apples chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all together in a bowl, place in baking dish on 375 degrees for 35 mins, put knife in the center. If it comes out clean it’s cooked
