broccoli slaw salad

Three-point broccoli slaw salad for the win! Didn’t like the WW dressing after I mixed it together so I made it my own. Serving size is 1 cup. This salad is chock full of nuts fruits and veggies to give you the perfect combination of salty and sweet with an extra crunch Recipe makes 4 cups!

Ingredients

  • 4 cup s
  • Light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup s
  • Cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
  • Plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Monk fruit sweetener with erythritol
  • 1 Tbsp
  • Plain fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup s
  • Dried cranberries
  • 1/8 cup s
  • Sliced almonds
  • 1/8 cup s

Instructions

  1. Pour all your ingredients in a big bowl and toss!
