Made this spinach dip today. it is six servings and 1 pt per serving i could eat this with a spoon but it is also great with cut up cucumbers and celery sticks. you can eat the entire thing for just six weight watchers points
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 1/4 cups plain ff Greek yogurt
- 1 medium shredded carrot
- 1 can water chestnuts chopped
- 4 medium green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Hellmans 1/2 the fat mayo
- 1 packet dry vegetable soup mix
Instructions
- Mix everything together and chill in the fridge for about 3 hours before serving
