Noodle free lasagna

I tried my hand at the egglife lasagna today. 4 weight watchers points for the whole recipe !

Ingredients

  • 3 egglife wraps 1,
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan 1,
  • 2 tablespoons bel gioioso salad blend cheese 1,
  • 1 cup trader Joe’s organic tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup ff blended cottage cheese with some Italian seasoning garlic & onion powder mixed in.
  • Topped with 1/2 cup ff kraft shredded mozzerella 1

Instructions

  1. I mixed the cheese, some spices & the egg in with the cottage cheese. Then layered everything in the baking dish. This is a 4 cup Pyrex dish & it’s huge!
  2. Bake at 375⁰ 20 mins covered with foil, then 5 mins uncovered.
