Ingredients
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar packed – 42 points
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 0 points
- 2 eggs lightly beaten – 0 points
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt – 0 points
- 1 cup Pb powder I use PBFit chocolate peanut butter powder – 13 points
- 1 cup uncooked quick oats – 6 points
Instructions
- •Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit
- •Spray large baking sheet with Pam (cooking spray)
- •In a large bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and eggs.
- •Add the peanut butter and the oats; stir until well combined.
- •Drop the dough by rounded tablespoon-fuls onto a large baking sheet.
- •Using the back of a damp spoon or damp fingertips, gently flatten each dough mound.
- *I dipped my fingertips in a bowl of water and formed circles with the dough as best I could
- •Cook until lightly brown, 9-11 minutes.
- I was able to get 22 dough-mounds on my large baking sheet, but you might have to do it in batches.
