Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (CSE)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar free pudding mix
Mix-in
- 1 tablespoon sugar free chocolate chips
Optional Toppings
- 1 mini resees cup
- 1 tablespoon glycerin
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a Ninja Creami Container and freezer for 24 hours.
- After frozen, remove from freezer and set on counter for 10 minutes. Mix in Ninja creami using the “lite” mixing option.
- After blended, add Mix in1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- *Optional (non included in calories & macros):1 teaspoon glycerin to protein powder mix. This helps to make ice cream scoopable after refreezing.1 chopped Reese’s Peanut butter cup for a topping- totally doesn’t need it. Tastes like peanut butter cup even without the ACTUAL peanut butter cup. I just added it for the picture to show what the flavor was without having to say it. ?
