Made some Piña Colada ice cream. Literally just frozen pineapple and coconut milk mixed in the blender. Simple and delicious!
2 cups frozen pineapple
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
2 tbsp lime juice
1 (14oz) can coconut milk
